The Covid Delta variant will 'hunt down' people who remain unvaccinated, Downing Street has been warned by its scientific advisers.
No 10 has been told that 'such is the nature' of the more transmissible variant that it is 'almost inevitable' it will eventually infect anyone who has not received both jabs.
The development comes as former Health Secretary Matt Hancock today makes his first intervention in the media since resigning from the Cabinet earlier this year.
Writing in today's Mail on Sunday, Mr Hancock hails the fact that more than four out of five over-16s have now had both doses of a vaccine but fiercely criticises anti-vax campaigners.

Covid will go through the population before it ends - vaxxed or not.

The only reason we hear about lungs more than other locations is that it gets there first, and is sometimes conquered before it can do more damage, or it kills the person and the other locations become moot.
Yes it is just going to have to sweep through. That has always been the case.
It will have to go through it’s variations and mutations.
I have been trying to keep from getting it until it sweeps through the population multiple times and mutates down if it hasn’t been engineered to prevent it.

It’s a little like histoplasmosis. Histoplasmosis can sweep through all kinds of places in your body. It can hide and wait ..even in people who are not immunocompromised. It can do a variety of things to the body. The people who study this are very few. Drs are clueless.
A lot of people get histoplasmosis and dont have a problem with it. For example, if you live in St Louis and have had a breathing issue that you thought was the flu or a cold it could have been histoplasmosis.

Dont know why you are denying unvaccinated people are dying..but whatever. It makes this place sound like a kooky conspiracy site when you want to claim only vaccinated people are dying.
BS correct. 8 coworkers in my shop went out on a Covid-ALL 8 were vaxed!
Two of us are unvaxed, I caught the Covid flu, at 63 it was not the worst flu I have ever had. I now have natural immunity, far, far stronger than the jab. Interesting to note, in the Covid beginning last year, our shop had only one Covid flu case, since the fearful sheeple started getting vaxed, we had an explosion in cases. With the majority vaxed, the majority has had Covid! The vaxes are a total failure.

I see many were here before me criticizing making the virions into little cartoon characters.
It really does help to treat the whole thing totally scientifically, though. It helps you understand it, and also keeps you from becoming political, or defensive, or unwilling to consider all statements rationally.
Especially on such a serious subject with so many lives at stake.
Fear, especially, while usually attributed to anti-vaxxers, can afflict those who are unable to visualize the future dangers because of their unconscious fear.
I believe that ‘scientists’ are helping Democrats take away our FREEDOMS...

Above article is about vaccinated folks still spreading Covid. Perhaps not “super spreaders” - but spreaders. Hence the new rules that everyone needs to wear masks again, etc.
I would think that the vaccinated might also be out and about more and less careful when it comes to close contact, mask wearing, etc. than perhaps the unvaccinated. Of course there are the unvaxed that also have no care in the world and never changed anything.
