Here’s what the Dems say about Manchin

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) said on Sunday that Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) not supporting President Biden’s $3.5 trillion spending package was “not acceptable.”
"No, it's absolutely not acceptable to me. I don't think it's acceptable to the president, to the American people or to the overwhelming majority of the people in the Democratic caucus," Sanders told host Dana Bash on CNN's "State of the Union."
"This is a consequential bill. It is hard to put a bill like this together. At the end of the day, I believe we will," Sanders told Bash.
Mentioning that he worked with Manchin on the passing of the American Rescue Plan earlier this year, Sanders said he was hopeful the Senate would pass the $3.5 trillion spending bill package.
Sen. Bernie Sanders says Sen. Joe Manchin preferring $1 trillion to $1.5 trillion for the reconciliation bill is "absolutely not acceptable."
Manchin said on Sunday that he would not support the $3.5 trillion package, which the Senate hopes to pass this week so the House can pass the measure by Sept. 27.
Manchin proposed a $1 trillion to $1.5 trillion spending package that will address child nutrition, unemployment and the tax code.

Manchin is a gutless phony and should retire. He will bend and the Dems will get their way.

Well Sanders, I think we all know Manchin is simply playing possum while the ground work is being laid. And I think you know this as well.
In fact I think it goes something like this......
The queen B continues to pass legislation in the lower chamber and stacks the bills on her desk.
Synama and Manchin continue to play the part as moderates so as not to tip their hand.
Biden issues an executive order that requires employee’s and various classes of people to receive mandatory vaccine shots, even though the mandates are unconstitutional.
This in turn triggers a court challenge by conservative governors. By the time it makes its way through the judicial process, the SC indeed rules it unconstitutional.
So in order to overcome what we always thought was a final decree, the word goes out to all the media and political activists to gain a ground swell of packing the Supreme Court. While Machin and Synama pretend to be agonizing over the elimination of the filibuster, which they will vote to eliminate. Then just for good measure they will add a couple states thereby adding more leftist Senators for the states of D.C. and Porta Rico.
This will also eliminate any resistance to big government spending, along with the fast track votes on the stack of bills sent over from the lower chamber.
How about granting citizenship for 30 million “undocumented” freeloaders. And while they are at it, why not grant them legislative voting rights?
But surely we are safeguarded by the Founding Documents, correct?
After all, that’s what the Supreme Court is for right?
Say goodby to the last of the checks and balances. Because by a vote of simple majority, the 9 member court now becomes a 15 member court with a 9 member leftist majority.
Say goodby to America and the Capitalist form of government and bid farewell to the Republic.
The plan was already put in place long ago.
America will soon fall to the One World Order. Compliments of the establishment globalists of both parties.

West Va receives more fed $$ per capita than 46 other states. Part of the reason is Manchin. He’s not going to lose any election as long as vcv the federal dollars keep coming.

He got a Billion extra for his wife in the first $1.2 Trillion

In the overall scheme of things does Mancin matter? Hillarycare gave us a GOP House-1st time in 40 years. Somehow we ended up with Obamacare. Took 15-16 years.
