The story is Corn Pop has no Ill will towards JoeK. So much so the Pop voted for JoeK from the gave last year. “Jimmy he’s dead”

I think Corn Pop rode shotgun when Joe was driving that 18 wheeler.

Or maybe he was with Lunchbox Joe down in the coal mines near Scranton - before he moved to DE when was 10 years old.
