Numerous governors have issued statements following Democrat President Joe Biden’s speech on Thursday signaling that they will strongly oppose his attempts to mandate vaccines.

Perhaps from a state like Pennsylvania, but I can promise, Florida and Texas will lead the charge. We will tie them up so tight in the courts they’ll not know which way to turn.
I only have 8 employees year round. One of them refuses to be vaccinated and that is fine with me. I know I’m not subject to the rule because we are well under 100 employees. I cannot imagine having to fire an employee for refusing to get vaccinated.
If the rules were lowered to any employees I can imagine I would make them an independent contractor or have them lie to me about being vaccinated.

He has stated this issue will be handled in the next Special Session which is about to start, and no private business in Texas will be made to comply. He has issued an Executive Order that citizens chose whether to get the vaccine, not the government.

That was my feeling on the SC Gov. The really tough guys never talk like that. It’s pro wrestling, more circus.
I’d have to read the whole bill to make sense of it and understand the context, not going to do that now. What I will say is that DeSantis has openly resisted the mandates and opened-up covid treatment stations all over Florida. This had driven Florida covid deaths to low levels not seen since March 2020. He opened one where I live where you can get tested and treated on the spot. All be it was a week or or so after I got covid. But I got through it with only mild symptoms. Covid is not a death sentence, far, far from it.
The best chance at beating this tyrant wanna-be is through state’s rights. I feel for blue (commie-run) states. You all have to fight this p.o.s. plus your own p.o.s.’
