President Joe Biden on Thursday is announcing sweeping new federal vaccine requirements affecting as many as 100 million Americans in an all-out effort to increase COVID-19 vaccinations and curb the surging delta variant that is killing thousands each week and jeopardizing the nation’s economic recovery.
The expansive rules mandate that all employers with more than 100 workers require them to be vaccinated or test for the virus weekly, affecting about 80 million Americans.

The President has no such authority. For the record I work remotely and have no intention of taking this mRNA vaccine. When a vaccine is developed using a tried and true method and has a good track record, then I will consider it.
Even if such a law was passed by Congress and signed by Xiden it would, ultimately, be shot down by SCOTUS (yes, even with Roberts as CChief Justice).

Normally a Small business is under 50 employees. I see them getting a nice large pool of people to hire from.

It only works if people comply. In the meanwhile, if you need items for good businesses that you buy on say Amazon, then look up the business name. Buy it directly from the business website. By pass Amazon, Walmart, etc...
Try to shop with pro American pro freedom businesses. I know people say well me just buying will not make a difference. It does make a difference because the big businesses have to buy ahead of time, and they will not know how much to get. If they get too much of something, then they lose out.
Anyway, that’s one way to peacefully fight back with your dollars.
