There is a slight risk of dying from Covid if you aren't vaccinated.

If you aren't significantly overweight and have a healthy immune system, you probably have a greater risk of dying in an automobile accident. The risk doesn't keep me from driving my vehicle whenever I want to.

I could retire but I would prefer to keep working for several more years.

I wound up getting terminated from my independent contractor gig when I was 51. Since I wasn't an employee, there was no unemployment or any other source of income to rely on, but I decided to take a few months off and work on some overdue home repairs before looking for employment again. A couple of years down the line I realized that I got more pleasure from the free time than I could possibly get from the income I'd get from working, so I took "update resume and look for work" permanently off my list of things to do. In the roughly 14 years since I wound up unemployed I've never once regretted not going back to work. Life is too short, even without pissing it away on a job.

As a bonus, one of the things I spent time on was reading about, and implementing, ways of improving my health. Health-wise, I'd say I'm younger now than I was 14 years ago.

>>Not true but more to the point HCQ/zinc is effective.<<

Dr. Zelenko was guest on radio program here in the Houston area today and spoke to this.

If I caught it correctly, there was some study (Lancet) that proved HCQ was ineffective against the corona virus. True.

Dr. Zelenko first pointed out the participants in part were fabricated during the study, secondly...yes, HCQ proved ineffective...alone.

Dr. Z went on to explain, without Zinc in the protocol, the HCQ is useless. You see, it is the Zinc that inhibits virus replication on the cellular level. It is the HCQ that allows higher concentrations of Zinc to be absorbed into the cells that protects against viral loads and replication.

I found the interview to be very interesting. So, the take away is that D3, Vitamin C to boost immune system.

HCQ combined with Zinc protects against infection and or reduces severity by stopping the cellular enzyme responsible for viral replecation.

BOOM!

Let's stop pretending that these vaccines are "kill-shots," cause sterility, spread disease, etc.

Except that I DO believe they can be 'kill-shots', because they CAN KILL YOU! Heart inflammation, heart attacks, blood clots, strokes, etc.

Until I am tired of fighting and want to die (IOW, suicide), THEN I'll take the shot. Utterly convinced that within 24-72 hours after the 2nd shot, I'll be dead.

Is ADE still an issue? I remember hearing/reading a lot about it as a potential, theoretical risk. Then it seems like I saw 2 or 3 doctors who had said it might become a risk who later said the risk has not materialized after all.

“The obvious gap between "what the CDC says" and "what we see, hear and read" has left a large space for grifters, self-styled experts, and conspiracy theorists to thrive, especially among the large group of vaccine-hesitant (often vaccine-terrified) Americans” (emphasis added)

Bullshit!

What it has forced is many actual science-performing doctors to be labeled pejoratively as "heretics" or "quacks" or many other derogative terms if they don't toe the FAKE-SCIENCE CDC line.

They actually do the hard science, following the scientific method and, as a result, go against BIG-PHARMA and risk the loss of their careers and reputations by telling the truth.

Like so many other Pro-Vaccine posters, you engage in ad hominem attacks, by labeling, without proof, these doctors and then ignoring their sound science and facts and attacking the messenger and ignoring the message altogether and the facts presented to support the message.

I’ve read lots of his/her posts. And though he/she has struck me as short tempered, I’ve never read any posts from dr_gas to give me the impression that he/she is a “fake”.

Except that he absolutely, resolutely refuses to address any science, facts, or logic that challenges the efficacy of the vaccines or the failure of such things as the PCR tests and he refuses to admit hard evidence that Ivermectin is an excellent, highly effective prophylatic for COVID-19 as proven by the Indian experience.

Except for those salient facts, and other issues, yea, he a real-life doctor and not a Propaganda-supporting troll.

Hey guys, can you provide "AB AB AB" with more detailed evidence of the correctness, or, incorrectness of his assumption?

Well, except for the fact that ABA DABA DU is a whiner and a died in the wool FRoctor groupie......I'm not sure there's any sense in spending time on trying to enlighten this troll.

Nontheless....here is just ONE recent article, explaining the happenings of ADE with these dangerous shots.....

(STUDY) Why so many vaccinated people are getting sick: Antibody Dependent Enhancement (ADE)
SharylAttkisson.com ^ | August 16, 2021 | Sharyl Attkisson

According to studies:

ADE can make vaccinated people more susceptible to serious infection from the virus "ADE may be a concern" for those who have been vaccinated for Covid-19 With ADE, after people get vaccinated for an initial virus, infection by a subsequent variant or strain of the virus can result in "increased viral replication and more severe disease, leading to major safety risks" ADE can also "occur when neutralizing antibodies (which bind the virus and stop it from causing infection) are present at low enough levels that they don't protect against infection. Instead, they can form immune complexes with viral particles, which in turn leads to worse illness" This concern was initially described by some scientists who were subsequently banned from media platforms that incorrectly claimed the scientists were disseminating disinformation Study scientists suggest the answer is to create a new vaccine

In a new study in the Journal of Infection, scientists explain one likely reason why so many vaccinated people are getting sick: a dangerous phenomenon called Antibody Dependent Enhancement or ADE.

Despite the fact that multiple medical authorities predicted, told us, and hoped, ADE would not impact Covid-19 vaccines, data from the study indicates it has done just that.

According to the new study, data suggests that the Covid-19 vaccines originally appeared to provide an overall benefit in fighting the virus. However, when it comes to one of the newer iterations of Covid, the Delta variant, the vaccines appear to facilitate infection displaying "a strikingly increased affinity" for the virus' trademark spike protein.

The scientists conclude that "ADE may be a concern" for those who have been vaccinated for Covid-19.

Read the study here [see live link at source].

According to scientific study, the ADE risk was well known prior to the Covid-19 vaccines being allowed on the market.

"One potential hurdle for antibody-based vaccines and therapeutics is the risk of exacerbating COVID-19 severity via antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE)," explained a study in Nature. "ADE can increase the severity of multiple viral infections, including other respiratory viruses such as respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and measles."

Scientists say that with ADE, after people get vaccinated for an initial virus, infection by a subsequent variant or strain of the virus can result in "increased viral replication and more severe disease, leading to major safety risks."

"Non-neutralizing antibodies generated by past infection or vaccination fail to shut down the pathogen upon re-exposure. Instead, they act as a gateway by allowing the virus to gain entry and replicate in cells that are usually off limits... That, in turn, can lead to wider dissemination of illness, and over-reactive immune responses that cause more severe illness," according to scientists.

~~~~~~~
There are also NUMEROUS REAL doctors, that ab ab could check out, on this topic, like former Navy surgeon, Dr Lee Merritt, but....we know he/it won't take the time to actually do that kind of research.
Hope this helps.
Uh, no. I’m not a pro or anti vaccine poster. Please find a post where I have encouraged anyone to get or not get vaccinated.
What I am is against FReepers who cannot argue their point re: COVID-19 without resorting to making it personal - an example is calling for someone who may not agree with them to get sick with COVID-19 as a result of not getting vaccinated or to get sick as a result of getting vaccinated.
Since nobody I am aware of has developed a test to measure the amount of antibody in a person after they are considered fully vaccinated,
Sure they do. I had one 2 weeks ago.
“Good points. I’m surprised MSN elected to post this.”
Interestingly, you can get to this article from this link, but it’s disappeared from MSN’s web index.
I’ve been forwarded the same MSN story from a couple of places (e.g., Disqus) and the link is suddenly bad, after being fine a day ago. You have to get to it from the Wayback Machine.
So they are in the process of memory holing it.
Must have gotten around a fair amount.
