Remember very recently he couldn’t drum for the first time in God knows how long. Kinda figured this wouldn’t be long. I saw them in 2015, they were still pretty good, and everyone keyed off Charlie.

Sad news. I remember a great story about a late night incident where Jagger woke him in the middle of the night with a drunken call demanding “Where’s my drummer?” Watts showered, shaved, put on a suit and tie, went up to Jagger’s room, and knocked him out. ““Don’t ever call me your drummer again. You’re my f***ing singer!”
