Most of their fines were for promoting non-FDA-approved uses for some of their products off-label. You know, sort of like Ivermectin, Hydroxychloriquine, etc. are being used.

I think the majority of FReepers are not antivaxers, which has traditionally been a liberal, anti-gmo whole foods berkenstock wearing urban athiest kind of thing. And seems to have gained traction on FR with the migration here of the spoof Q conspiracy crowd after Facebook shut down their chatrooms.

Conservatives have traditionally been strongly pro-vaccine for themselves, their children, their livestock and their pets. While allowing for the rare religious exemption, notably in um, Latter Day Saints, I think?

When Trump announced "Operation Warp Speed," he did not assign the development of a vaccine to any particular pharmaceutical company.

Neither did he say that people would be forced to get it. He said it would be available for those who wanted it, but no one would be forced to take it. I believe what we are seeing now is an example of what have been reported as the criminal marketing practices of Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson that are already on record.(See below)

It is likely that one reason they ditched their clinical trials is for the same reason they will not allow criminal charges to go to trial. So nothing can be publicly proven in court. The "go away money" they pay out is "small potatoes" compared to the profits they can continue to rake in.

The charges against J&J have not been proven in court, nor are they likely to be. Corporations prefer not to go to trial; rather, they negotiate a settlement that will permit them to continue denying wrong-doing while paying to make the charges go away. (Such settlements may, however, include a formal guilty plea on one or more criminal charges.) First of all, humans aren’t rabbits; it’s unethical to leave people to get exposed to a deadly disease at the end of the trial.
Second, any issues would be identified during phase 3 of the trial.
Third, trial participants didn’t sign up for a lifetime trial they signed up for a 6 month trial. Their lives are their own at the conclusion of the trial.

I am not implying anything. I have posted links to reputable articles that have reported the facts which have merely been described as "troubling."

FYI, I am NOT an anti-vaxxer either.

What I AM against is being used as a Ginuea pig by pharmaceutical companies whose greed is apparently being allowed to outrun their scruples vis a vis their going off protocol and ditching their clinical trials.

That said, I think everyone has to assess his/her own benefit risk factor. The thing that really ticks me off is that we have been lied to so much by "experts" and government bureaucrats since the beginning of this pandemic, the "experts" and bureaucrats are no longer credible.

I may have misunderstood you, but just to clarify, what do you mean by the "$20.00 per injection sale?" I thought the vaccinations were free to the public. The only time you have to pay is if you suffer harmful side effects since the "vaccine" manufacturers have been given immunity from lawsuits. Please correct me if I misunderstood you.

The fact that Pfizer and Moderna went off protocol and intentionally "lost" their clinical control test groups which are required for FDA approval speaks for itself.....and IS quite troubling. It is certainly not about "following the science." It sounds more like a case of manipulating "the science" to fit some predetermined outcome that has little to do with real science.

This fact is not being reported exclusively by conservative news outlets either. One liberal news outlet reporting this is the liberal NPR!!!
