This is in the Constitution (22nd Amendment) so there is no way to change it without holding a Constitutional Convention and amending the Constitution.

He was on the phone on Hannity’s show the other night and when asked if he was running in 2024 he said he couldn’t answer because of campaign laws, or something to that affect, but added that he thinks people will be very happy. I take that as a big yes!
