A couple days ago, the White House staged a "press conference" with 3 hand picked reporters. Each reporter submitted a question in advance. Biden was given 3 prepared index cards, one corresponding to each reporter with prepared answers to each particular question.

When the PBS reporter was called upon, the reporter changed his question. Biden, instead of answering the new question, went ahead and read the prepared card even though it was completely irrelevant to the asked question. Biden didn't even notice that it made no sense at all.
