Nope. Transponders. Just like the ones for toll roads now (EZ-Pass, SunPass etc.). No vaccine, no transponder. Get caught on license plate camera going through without one you get fined or arrested.

I think its logistically impossible to enforce and will simply enrage the general public. This is all scare talk. At least its starting to achieve Trump’s goal of waking 80% up before the military steps in.
