GAFFE-PRONE Joe Biden appeared to “get lost” when returning to the White House as he ignored his Secret Service agent’s instructions by walking on the lawn.
The commander-in-chief was captured walking on the presidential estate after spending time in Delaware.
Video shows Biden following his agents up the lawn to the White House.
An agent is seen pointing a finger, ordering Biden to turn right but the president seems to ignore his instructions.
Biden then trundles across the lawn as he appears to take the long route back to the residence, MailOnline reports.
He gives a thumbs-up as he makes his way into the White House.
Critics were quick to blast Biden after the footage went viral.
Josh Barnett, who is running for Congress in Arizona, tweeted: “Go here – points where to go… Biden walks straight ahead.”
Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer posted: “Watch this footage carefully.”
Some Twitter users joked that a “robotic-looking” Biden had not been “programmed correctly”.
Others were left baffled why a Secret Service agent had to point out the path.
Biden, a self-proclaimed "gaffe machine", has made several bloopers since his inauguration in January.
Last month, he forgot the reasons why he ran for president as he addressed workers at a Made in America speech in Pennsylvania.
The president said he had three reasons why he wanted to run for the White House but only listed two in the gaffe-prone address.
Biden said: “When I announced my campaign and not many people took it seriously, I said I was running for three reasons.
GAFFE-PRONE JOE “One to restore the soul of this country – a sense of decency and honor. But secondly to rebuild the backbone of the country: hard-working middle-class folks who built this country.”
The president forgot to list the third reason.
The slip-up came in the same speech where he embarrassingly confused former presidents Obama and Trump.
Biden said: "Back in 2009, during the so-called Great Recession, the President asked me to be in charge of managing that piece.
"Then President Trump - excuse me, Freudian slip, that was the last president.
"President Obama, I was vice president. The American auto industry, you remember, was on the rise."
The gaffe-prone president said Covid-19 had killed more Americans than the "war with Iran".
King George III was more lucid than Joe BuyMe.
Come on, man! He’s only spent 8.5 years there.

The good news is that God seems to have used King George for good and I am confident He can employ Biden that way.

He didn’t “ignore” the agent. He saw the agent turn and walk away from the sidewalk and like a good little puppy, he followed the agent. Many, if not all, who have taken on the roll as caregivers to cognitively impaired elderly loved ones saw signs of impairment starting to happen to candidate Biden early on during the campaign and it’s getting harder and harder for the Democrats to come up with excuses
Democrats don’t care. They knew the only person who could beat Trump was an old White Man, that could be portrayed as a “Centrist” by the media, and Biden was the only one who fit that bill...Mission Accomplished!
I don’t like the guy anymore than anyone else, but was he really lost?
When he first got to the sidewalk there was a stack of pallets and he walked around them. I would think they were doing some work. The bushes obscured where the sidewalk led to, but I’m assuming to that patio and door that he walked into.
Could it be that there was also a set of pallets, not seen and that the SS agent was showing him a way to avoid the pallets?
He didn’t walk past the agent. He followed the agent onto the lawn and through the bushes. Good Lord.
