In California, Democrats are getting alarmed.
Their fair-haired boy, Gov. Gavin Newsom, once the great hope of the Democrat party, is losing momentum fast on his recall referendum. He's put out hysterical ads denouncing the recall as a white-supremacist plot, and a dread Republican-led takeover. He's studiously ignoring, or now lamenting things like California's homeless crisis, its monster lockdowns, its failing schools, its powerful teachers unions, its illegals surge, its mismanaged unemployment benefits, its residents fleeing, and other malfeasance, saying it's just Republicans on the loose.
But these ads don't seem to be working well for him. Polls show that plainspoken common-sense black libertarian/conservative Larry Elder, is rising in the polls fast. He's a recognizable face and his views are pure Reagan-country tradition. Another replacement candidate on the ballot, 29-year-old white real estate developer Kevin Paffrath, a purported Democrat who doesn't sound like one, is even higher in at least one poll than even Elder.
And the really damning news shows that Hispanic voters, really, really don't like this leftist perfumed princeling at all. Hispanic voters haven't gathered behind a single candidate so far, but an Inside Politics/Emerson poll shows that 54% are definitely sure they don't want Newsom.
Adding to the Newsom woes, the press, which is in his tree, keeps reporting that Newsom has nothing to worry about, he's got it in the bag. In this case, it's bad for Newsom as it's sure to damp Democrat turnout. That's prompted a lot of screeching ads, from the likes of Elizabeth Warren and other coevals, warning Democrats of Armageddon if they ignore this.
What are they doing now? It looks like placing their hopes in rigging.

California’s recall election may be an exercise in futility unless voters put in safeguards to stop a downloadable ballot system from leading to ballot harvesting in order to keep unpopular Governor Gavin Newsom in office.
The “Remote Accessible Ballots for Eligible Voters” is being touted by California Secretary of State Shirley Weber as a way for voters to download ballots in the “comfort of their own home.”
Wouldn’t it be hysterical if the majority of the illegal new residents of the US really hated Democrats. They’re trying to keep the Cubans out for that very reason. They aren’t all dumb.

Why not? It works.
The Democrats will be all in favor of this crazy voting process, until one is stolen from them. Wouldn’t it be funny if California is the place where it happens.
In the Elizabeth Warren scare ad (The Trumpsters are coming!!! The Trumpsters are coming!!!), she actually says that “every Californian will get a mail-in ballot”. EVERY Californian? Since when? Not registered voters? EVERY Californian?????
Gruesome is in trouble. The margins are swinging in the other direction against him.
This is not where they expected things to be in a dogfight heading to next month but that’s where this is.
The result may come down to how many good citizens and Republicans sign up to be overseers on the count.
I still say the Press is manipulating this so they can turn Newsom into “The Comeback Kid” and pave the way for him to run in 2024.
if he survives, and if he wins re-election in the regularly scheduled 2022 election, he will be called the comeback kid by the media. And he will instantly become a future presidential candidate at that point, if it happens.
Because outside of California, most people don’t know anything about Newsom. But the chicks will fawn over him.

This was obviously obtained from the DemocRAT party. Rest assured they’ll do their best to attempt it in Mexifornia. Followed by 2022 in the rest of the country.

I hope I am wrong, but even with the chance that Elder gets in, the CA DEMONCRAT Controlled Legislature is a Super Majority and he won’t be able to get anything done.

I also believe Newsom will remain governor because the state is controlled by Democrats who will cheat when it comes to counting the votes. If Elder is ahead, then they will just do what worked out for them so well in 2020 and "suddenly" in the middle of the night there will be enough cheat-by-mail-in ballots to put Newsom in the lead.
All it would take is a concerted effort by a group of conservatives to steal Democrat votes and suddenly securing elections would become a bipartisan issue again.
Of course, any conservatives who did it would end up serving time in prison so I would not recommend it. Democrats riot and loot for a year and are praised for it A few conservatives get baited into trespassing in the Capitol and they are all being held in solitary confinement awaiting trial.
