Newsom and Sacramento have been planning this for months.

It’s why they extended mail-in through the recall.

How big of Democrats to allow for this. Maybe Democrats can continue to sacrifice and make elections months long, keep a running tally, and count ballots after election day.

“ Ah fk. Here we go. Are ID’s required or is that just asking too much?”

That would be silly, you don’t need IDs to purchase a computer. Besides, the entire family can now vote whether they are living or dead or live in Minnesota, or are infirm

“Prepare the ballot at home”

What a loaded phrase?

Cali is a dead issue anyway. So are NY, IL, NJ and a few others. Expecting anything but villainy from any of those states' politicians is to set one's self up for disappointment.

We need to separate from those states, and leave them to stew in their own filth. What that separation mechanism would look like, I have no idea.

“Are ID’s required...”

And that’s what I find humorous about this. Post people don’t pick up mail much anymore. So that disabled person would still have to get the thing mailed. So where’s the assistance?

I know of few printers that aren’t copiers also. Why don’t they copy their ID’s and mail it in with the ballot? Where’s the security?

You can, also, change the ID pictures and names and since you burning off the form, it too after the fact. So where’s the credibiloity of the election?

And since it is a recall, it won’t go outside the state so who’s going to challenge any of the voting? So where’s the intelligence of any of this waste of time?

You know, if we had an FBI/DOJ that was actually interested in stopping voter fraud they’d stop this. Or they’d do something proactive like looking around various Walmart’s and Costco’s etc. to see if there was a run on black ink cartridges for common printers. Maybe check with Amazon too. You know, because it might be interesting to know if a few people suddenly decided they needed dozens of ink refills all at once...

You know many people across American may feel like they are remote Californians. Maybe those who visited Disneyland, or drove through on the way to another state. Can they also vote? After all it’s for democracy!

It was not too long ag when a farmer got on his horse and rode 5 miles to get to the polling place. More voters took part back then.

“You know, if we had an FBI/DOJ that was actually interested in stopping voter fraud they’d stop this.”

Not a federal election.

The absence of a federal candidate from the ballot can present federal law enforcement with special challenges in attaining federal jurisdiction over election crime. Those challenges can sometimes be met, provided the investigation focuses on identifying additional facts that are needed to invoke application of the federal criminal laws that potentially apply to both federal and non-federal elections. These generally include election frauds that involve the necessary participation of public officers, notably election officials acting “under color of law,” voting by non-citizens, fraudulently registering voters, or paying voters in violation of state law.

Try proving any of those with witnesses. They will end up missing. California is one of the states that has been successfully disenfranchising voters for generations. And expecting the State to protect voters by investigating itself is truly a innovative concept. Won’t see it in my lifetime.
