Joe Rogan discussed COVID vaccines on a recent podcast. It is not surprising that he is not a fan of mandates or passports. But one segment of his podcast is causing the vax-at-all-costs crowd to lose their minds. The public health bureaucracy has everyone so worked up about virus mutation that they do not want to hear that the very therapeutic being pushed and even mandated can perpetuate mutations.
On mandates, Rogan noted that prominent commentators such as Don Lemon publicly say that the unvaccinated should be barred from shopping and working. He went into a rant, laced with a few f-bombs, pointing out that we have only been experimenting with self-governance and freedom since 1776. Yet, they allowed the United States to become a superpower and unleashed unprecedented economic success and innovation.
Rogan believes that we are one step closer to a dictatorship with the government and private businesses under pressure from political leaders who are requiring Americans to receive the vaccine as a condition of participating in society:
“That’s what is going to happen with a vaccine passport, that’s what’s gonna happen when and if they close borders. You can’t enter NYC unless you have your papers. You can’t go here unless you have that. You can’t get on a plane unless you do what I tell you.
People say well it’s all about protecting people from the, no it’s not. It’s not because we’ve shown, this is a fact. Just a couple of months ago the idea of a breakthrough case was unheard of. Nobody heard of anybody catching COVID that had a vaccine. Right?
That was the whole idea you get a vaccine and you don’t have to worry about it. Now we know, not only do you get it, you can spread it.

When he brought up the subject, Rogan said clearly the information he was sharing was not to endorse or discourage vaccination. He cited a 2015 study from Penn State that talks about the mechanism by which a leaky vaccine could allow more virulent pathogens to be transmitted (emphasis added):
There is a theoretical expectation that some types of vaccines could prompt the evolution of more virulent (“hotter”) pathogens. This idea follows from the notion that natural selection removes pathogen strains that are so “hot” that they kill their hosts and, therefore, themselves. Vaccines that let the hosts survive but do not prevent the spread of the pathogen relax this selection, allowing the evolution of hotter pathogens to occur. This type of vaccine is often called a leaky vaccine.

Rogan can’t be cancelled by these fruitcake commies... he’s far smart than them and his fan base, similar to Trumps, is resistant to this particular commie hustle.

Therefore, in the name of public safety, government now has the right to seize your property if it is well situated for sheltering and direct all economic activity to ensure it all is being used towards survival.
Today, we just make things up and use that to justify anything else we may want. In the middle ages they’d call you a witch or a heretic and use that to get rid of you and take your property, kill you, shut you up... And the church Demanded their tithing of 10% plus any indulgences or inheritance by priests that could no longer marry and have children (how convenient).
People never change. What is “science” today is about as scientific as phenology, eugenics, conversion therapy... Though taken very serious, they have all the attributes of trends or fads, not real “science.”
Topics like global warming or whatever that bullshit has been rebranded too, Covid, ozone hole... All may have a shred of truth to them... But by the time political and economic interests are done distorting the issue, it all just ends up serving some ulterior motive which usually means making someone rich, someone look bad, someone else look good, and asking for the subjugation of people (the cry is: “we all need to sacrifice”)...

As I have said numerous times, I believe the vaccines should be considered with people 70 years or older with Lung, Heart, or Diabetic issues. They should consult their Doctors.
I’m also totally against and always have been against any I.D. Or “Passport” to make known someone’s vaccine status.
Myself, my family, and as many friends as I can contact will not carry passports, or and form of special vaccine I.D.
We have chosen to be vaccinated and some have not.
It’s a choice and I will not summit and I will even begin a Political/Legal process in Michigan against it.
I might be “pro-vax” but I’m not about to surrender mine or anyone else’s medical freedom or any freedom!

Joe has his own unique way of looking at the world, and I disagree with him on some issues. But he is a surprisingly smart guy and he does think his own thoughts. He’s not cookie-cutter. He’s not parroting the things that other people tell him he ought to say.

Yeah, I like listening to his podcast. He is a great interviewer who is interested in his guests and he actually let his guest talk and finish their answers! A rarity in the world of talk.
My pastor made similar comments about Rogan during today’s message on COVID.
