I’ve worked concession sales at a couple of these events at Arrowhead (Kenny Chesney concerts). 100% guaranteed that most, if not all the people that attend don’t care about what the KHD says, and they’ll care even less after hours of throwing back over-priced cheap beer.

They can’t. It is unenforceable and both they and the media know it. Virtually all of these restrictions and mandates are unenforceable in practice. It just takes brave folks to say, “no.”
