Children are sexually transmitted diseases. I raised 2 of them.
she’s preggo now i think. IVF, i think she’s 40.
I take it you are a white father looking for government subsidies for your children.
So go special-interest justifications for enslaving others (since taxation is backed by physical enforcement).
I bet you're just a whole lot of fun at parties.
I always found “furbabies” kind of gross as well.
“It’s an animal. Their loyalty to you ends when the food ends.”
I’m about as cynical as you can get (see my other post on this thread)... but this is not a true statement for all pets. Some yes, absolutely, but some animals, dogs in particular, can be fiercely loyal to their owners, even if those owners starve and abuse them.
Agreed.
Agreed.
A second of early morning titillation as I misread “babies” as “burgers” ... ah what the hey!
Thanks, you’re a peach.
Of course not. That said, a good border collie or shepherd can be quite useful keeping the human kids in line.
Blah, blah, blah. Now we have pet Karen’s. 😆
I eat dogs. Hot dogs that is. Preferably with grilled onions,Dijon mustard and sauerkraut.
Fur burgers are good.
They discontinued those mostly after the early 1980s.
My 3 German Shepherds would die before ever harming me or my wife.
Numerous times they put themselves between danger and us.
They never even delay in thinking about it.
Herd of Elk (Elk are quite aggressive).
Bear.
And a stalking coyote.
Our Shepherds are a mix of East and West German Shepherd dogs.
The East Germans bred dogs to be big and strong but didn’t focus on AKC standards or intelligence so much. They wanted them for military/border guarding.
Western Shepherds are the more common American type breeds. Smaller, but smart as a whip.
When the Wall came down……..people began to breed together and so did their pure blood German Shepherds. LOL
You are correct, we are a pack. Each pack member’s survival depends on other pack members in my dog’s opinion.
On carry a S&W .357 magnum when home (9mm in public) not to protect myself, but to protect my stupidly brave dogs!
“Maybe I’m wrong. Maybe I missed seeing millions of WWII vets some 60 years ago with Sergeant on a leash in the local restaurant.”
Because we were stupid and ignorant back then.
My uncle was in the Battle of the Bulge. Him and one other guy surived out of their entire platoon. He was severly wounded and spent a year in a hospital
When he died at age 94 he said he had nightmares of being chased by Germans 3-5 nights per week his entire life.
He finally got some PTSD training at age 90. He said he wished he had the PTSD training when he got out-it would have saved him a lifetime of grief and nightmares.
Times are different.
I bet you're just a whole lot of fun at parties
Yeah. I recall one party where the host's fur-babies were the center of attention all night. "Look how cute Squeaky is. Jump Squeaky!"
I've never been back there again, that's for sure.
“It’s an animal. Their loyalty to you ends when the food ends.”
Total BS
Most of the women who have fur babies should not have real children — ever
