ATLANTA — An Atlanta restaurant is making the bold decision to serve only customers who are fully vaccinated. Argosy Restaurant and Bar, located in Little Five Points, is one of the first businesses in Georgia to mandate with signs that say “No Vax, No Service.”

The company owner made the decision earlier this week after he and several of his employees, who were all fully vaccinated, contracted the virus as breakthrough cases.

“I think it’s a bunch of crap,” said David Carpenter. “It’s everybody’s choice, that’s what I think.”

“I personally don’t have a problem with it because I’m fully vaccinated,” said Megan Mewbron.

Hmm...if the vax prevents you from getting it, why doesn’t it prevent you from getting it?

They might get a rush of selfie customers the first week but that will soon pass. The owner has immediately insulted half his regular customers and their money.

Who cares? I can cook for me. I do not have to go there. Anyone that goes to Atlanta has a death wish anyway. Go there often enough and someone will oblige you or make you have to kill them. Then the law will get you. Stay out of Atlanta is the best thing to do.

Okay, I’ll not set foot the place. I’m buying a t-shirt online that is funny: ‘I identify as vaccinated!’.

Does anyone have access to the “first they rounded up the Jews but I’m not Jewish so it didn’t involve me” piece?

This is the piece you are looking for:

(The line about the Jews was never part of the original poem; there have been modifications made to this since the poem was written. Sometimes the last sentence will include the Jews, sometimes the"Homosexuellen", et cetera.)

"Als die Nazis die Kommunisten holten, habe ich geschwiegen; ich war ja kein Kommunist.

Als sie die Sozialdemokraten einsperrten, habe ich geschwiegen; ich war ja kein Sozialdemokrat.

Als sie die Gewerkschafter holten, habe ich geschwiegen; ich war ja kein Gewerkschafter.

Als sie mich holten, gab es keinen mehr, der protestieren konnte."

Right.

If it was just one of them, they might be able to convince someone that theirs was a "breakthrough" case.

But several?

“”after he and several of his employees, who were all fully vaccinated, contracted the virus as breakthrough cases.””

Too bad there’s not a vaccine for people who have non- functioning brains.

Gee, you would think he would want to concentrate on that. How did that "full vaccination" thingy work out for you?

“Leave others alone”

Some of the vaccine pushers remind me of atheists....its not enough for them that they have the right to NOT believe, they can’t stand the fact that a lot of people DO believe. It bugs the crap out of ‘em and they can be very militant about it.

As I read this, Fully Vaccinated staff caught the Delta, so now only FV people can eat here, because the owner assumes NFV people passed the Delta to his staff. My advice is “ Just Say Yes” when asked the Vax question. You aren’t required to give anyone a truthful response about your private medical conditions. And “Yes” just makes life easier when talking to unconvinceable people who believe in the COVID Conspiracy.

Every Time we comply with this nonsense we assist in building the cages that will enslave our children and grandchildren. Certainly the proprietor has the right to set these exclusionary policies, though bakers apparently do not. That said, submitting, even if vaccinated, is not, long term, different than assisting at the ovens.

My family and I will just skip the restaurant business altogether.

Let the fools die a slow and painful financial death.

I’m becoming a better chef with each passing day.

The owner can not enforce his “mandate” due to HIPPA.

Skipping restaurants and bars as part of your leisure or business activities will also save you a lot of money (assuming you save and don’t spend the savings on something else). You can lose some weight too if you have that goal.

100% agree 👍
A steak for two at home is about $30. It’s like $85 now at a Longhorn - and it’s not hard to cook better than they do.

Yep. Leftists are very generous with other peoples money, cringe virtue signal in approval of every new nutjob idea, are very gullible, and, at the end of the day, have no problem pushing tyranny when it suits them in the name of “the best interests of the collective”.

It’s repugnant yet they believe it makes them a “good person”.
