Well why not? This restaurant has publicly said they won't serve unvaccinated. What if we required stores and restaurants to publicly state they won't serve gays or blacks or Jews or Muslims or whoever and did away with anti-discrimination laws? Nobody is offended because they know ahead of time if they're welcome. The merchant can serve who they want. Everyone's happy?
