That’s what it’s about. I also heard that they’re lowering the stats for hospital admissions and even doing the famous ICU trick where they put the patient in the waiting room for ICU but discharge him just after midnight so they get the inflated stats and the extra $$$.
Most of FL has a high rate of vaccinations and the goin to o s have done a good job, but DeSantis isn’t requiring it, so this could be a ploy for vaccinations or it could be a pretext for shutdowns, which DeSantis has already said he will not do.

i saw an article a few days ago about desantis having a conversation with border patrol officials in texas and they informed him that around 70% of invaders crossing the border are florida bound...

I love how when they say “Covid-19 cases”, they don’t clarify what that means because they want to scare people. Are they serious cases? Cases where people show no symptoms? There’s a broad range there. Just because you test positive for covid doesn’t mean anything.

I was at a Florida hospital yesterday, and heard from a nurse there the hospital has lot of new cases this week.
Then take our lumps and drive on.
Florida has the highest rate of inflow from new immigrants. It is higher than California and nearly double that of New York. I think THAT has something to do with Covid issues in Florida.
