Whether they can or cannot be recalled, having cast their ballot Dec 18, they have no further power. Why are we still arguing about that part?

Let’s find out what we are dealing with first.

If it is proven beyond any doubt that the election was stolen, then there is no Commander In Chief and the next highest officer would take over in a military junta. The electors have spoken, the Courts have backed them so we have no political leader at the moment. Seems to me that a General would seek advice from Trump and not Biden if he didn't win. That would be the best and quickest way to avoid civil war. Put Trump in charge and put Trump as POTUS in 2024.

Personally, Repubs took the Senate and probably the house also after an audit of every state. They could pass laws that would give Trump 3 terms and then dissolve the law back to 2 terms.

Whatever happens it better be satisfactory to Trump and his voters. This is why we have the 2nd Amendment in the first place.

She is correct. They do not have the authority to recall the electors.

They can decertify the results, make arrests, file charges, etc.

And the Legislature can then “select the President according to the will of the people.”

These are truly historic times and we must ask ourselves what our grandchildren will think when they read this history. They will ask if such a great wrong was committed, why nothing was done to correct it.
