Cyber Ninjas, the cybersecurity consulting firm hired by Arizona Senate Republicans to oversee a partisan review of the 2020 election, on Thursday pushed a false narrative that Maricopa County received thousands of mail-in ballots that had no record of being sent out to voters.
The firm’s CEO Doug Logan used the baseless claim to urge legislators to subpoena more records and canvass voters at home, grasping for evidence of fraud even as a hand count of a statistical sample of ballots and two post-election audits showed no proof of wrongdoing in Maricopa County’s election.
The false claim has reverberated online in the day since Logan’s comments, parroted by lawmakers and Republican commentators including Arizona Republican Party Chair Kelli Ward, Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert and former President Donald Trump.

Crazy lewislynn is my personal mind reader.
In every single thread I put up that he posts in, he attacks me personally.
AP — We haven’t been out there and investigated but we know cyber ninjas, who has been investigating, is wrong. because we say so
An easy way to determine if it's true or false is to see the evidence Cyber Ninjas' has showing the requests were never sent.
One would hope that would be the case.
But that would indicate some white hats have the power to do this kind of thing, and I am not sure that is the case.
The people who are resistant to investigating this are likely the same people who would have the power to make deals...and they aren’t going to do it.
Strange we haven’t heard much lately from Sinema and Kelly, the Senators from Arizona...
Thank you. Do you have a link to that?
The reason I ask is that I understood from reading articles that the EV32 is the request from the voter for a mail-in ballot, and an EV33 is the ballot that is returned.
I had read the auditors were comparing the EV32 entries to the EV33 entries, and there was a discrepancy between the two of 74,000 forms.
In the real world, there would ALWAYS be fewer EV33 forms than EV32 forms, because some people would request mail-in ballots and never return them, or they would get lost, or whatever, so there could NEVER be more EV33 forms than EV32 forms.
If you have a link that sheds light on that, I would appreciate it.
Your explanation doesn’t make sense to me because there would be no problem if there were more or less EV32 than EV33 forms, or vice versa, because in your explanation, the EV32 and EV33 forms are used to distinguish the ballots sent out 10 or more days prior to election and the 10 days leading up to the election.
IMO, there would be no issue in my mind if there were more or less of EV32 and EV33 forms. There could be zero EV32 and ALL forms EV33, or vice versa, however improbable that might be.
And, if someone went down to a polling place any time prior to Election Day to get a mail-in ballot there is no process at all (or some completely different process) to categorize those?
That is very confusing to me, so if you have an official (or unofficial) link that explains it, I would appreciate it.
And yes. It is a cesspool of electoral misfeasance and/or malfeasance.
My gut impression is that this log-laundering is somewhat unrelated to the 74,000 variance in votes sent out versus those sent back.
That can’t be altered by laundering a log the way they did.
What the person was trying to hide by altering that specific log is who was logged on and doing what tasks in the weeks leading up to Nov. 3, 2020 and the weeks after.
This would hide evidence of who was adjudicating ballots that were unable to be correctly read by the scanners, and who was validating signatures.
NOTE: Mail in ballots must, by law undergo a validation where the signature on the returned ballot is matched to the signature on file in the computer system (likely an EV32 entry is my guess). This is called validation, and all mail in ballots drop into this bucket and must be electronically signed by an official validator using their own account. Furthermore, if the ballot is unclear and the selected candidate cannot be discerned clearly, it falls into an “Adjudication” queue, where an official logged in election worker (logged in with their own username and not an admin account as described) looks at each ballot and validates what candidate it the votes should be applied to. When that is done, it leaves the “adjudication” queue and then drops into the “validation” queue to be matched against a signature. What is important to remember here is this:
BOTH VALIDATION AND ADJUDICATION CAN BE DONE IN A BATCH. THEY CAN SIMPLY BE SELECTED IN A LARGE GROUP AND EITHER VALIDATED OR ADJUDICATED FOR ONE CANDIDATE OR ANOTHER. YES, THIS IS AN ENABLED FUNCTION AND CAN BE DONE BY ANY VALIDATOR OR ADJUDICATOR, DEPENDING ON WHICH QUEUE THEY ARE WORKING ON.
I believe the evidence of that 74,000 discrepancy still exists, and there is no way at this time for them to destroy it, so they are going to have to explain it. Which they won’t be able to, is my guess.
Thanks for doing the math!
I wonder how many election centers there were and how many workers? It seems like a pretty large number to physically go to a center to get a mail in ballot.
Ten days before the election, why wouldn’t these voters just vote early on the voting machine? Why would one go there and request a mail in ballot? Okay, maybe a few wanted to vote but had missed the deadline to get a mail in vote, but really 74,000?
It all just stinks to high heaven but we are all just supposed to accept this explanation and move on as if the blithering idiot and his cackling cohort really received 80 million votes.
However, I have worked for decades in systems that store millions of images and distribute them to queues for people to work on and perform tasks on. And I know these systems quite well.
I found this image below online (and apparently originated with Dominion) that describes a typical Dominion Democracy Suite EMS system, and it nearly exactly mirrors the types of systems I have worked with, so to reverse engineer it is not that much of a stretch for me. It looks nearly exactly the same, right down to the polling machines and ballot scanners that send images to the system.
My systems and the Dominion systems are nearly identical not only in form and construction, but in function.
Interesting!
In all these states, the resistance is a sign of their guilt, not just in this election but going back years. They cannot allow the evidence of their perfidy to be exposed.
As to your analysis of the computer access and overwriting, it reminded me of one of my favorite episodes of “Married with Children.”
Al wants to be on a sports trivia game show but can’t get on because he is so dislikable. He recruits his daughter Kelly and begins to cram her head with trivia. For every fact she learns, her brain discards something she already knew. Kelly does great on the show and the audience loves her. Al is thrilled until the bonus question, “Who scored 4 touchdowns in a single game at Polk High?”
Of course, it was AL and he mentioned it in nearly every show! Kelly couldn’t remember because her brain had replaced that fact with another. Al loses again:(
Yes...when I saw this graphic, I was surprised.
Thing is...I had to look for this, it wasn’t something that was easy to find early on. There appeared to be none of these kinds of things on the Internet.
As citizens, we should have access to this kind of information all the way down to the level that doesn’t include things that compromise its security. Every state that uses Dominion systems should have a section of the state website devoted to this that any citizen can access.
For God’s sake, they have entire sections on dog licensing and vanity plates.
Hahahahaha....I only watched one or two episodes while it was being aired, but years later, watched many of them on the internet!
Hilarious stuff!!!!
That was a great example, and to be honest, sometimes I feel this way, that my brain has to discard something out one ear because something comes in the other...:)
“This is part of The Associated Press’ ongoing effort to fact-check misinformation that is shared widely online, including work with Facebook to identify and reduce the circulation of false stories on the platform.”
Uh huh.
We have been complacent and foolish in thinking others are as honest as we are. While we have suspicions that some elections were not on the up and up, the evidence has never been so evident.
It is all going to come out and their ability to cheat severely hampered.
This is why President Trump says the 2020 election must be fixed or we won’t have a country anymore.
“How many of these fake 74,000 pieces of paper were duplicated as Biden “ballots”?”
Is there any reason to suspect that anything less than “all” of them were duplicated as Biden “ballots?”
AP = Apparatik Propaganda
Oh Yes! Most definitely “Oh Yes!”
On each of the social-communist (democrat) controlled social media sites (Reddit, Quora, Facebook, Twitter, ...) this version of the AP's story is taken by the hundreds of “different” writers as absolute Gospel, absolute and definitive truth, absolute proof Trump (and all republicans except Liz Cheney) were lying the entire time.
Of course, the problem is, this AP article contains no evidence nor explanations. Only a the author's statement that his version is absolute Truth and thus refutes the information released. Odd that. A single statement by an AP reporter/propagandist is regarded as proof the Trump lied.
They're trying to OFFSET the TRUTH!
