President Donald Trump put out a new statement in response to the damning Maricopa County audit hearing in Arizona earlier today, which revealed shocking voting irregularities and evidence of fraud that have cast further doubts on the legitimacy of the 2020 election.
“Arizona Senate hearings on the Maricopa County Election audit is devastating news to the Radical Left Democrats and the Biden Administration. While this, according to the Senate, is preliminary, with results being announced at a later date, it seems that 74,243 Mail-In Ballots were counted with “no clear record of them being sent.” There were 18,000 voters who were scrubbed from the voter rolls after the election. They also revealed that the voting system was breached or hacked (by who?) Very big printer and ballot problems with different paper used, etc., and MUCH MORE,” wrote President Trump. “The irregularities revealed at the hearing today amount to hundreds of thousands of votes or, manay times what is necessary for us to have won. Despite these massive numbers, this is the State that Fox News called early for a Biden victory. There was no victory here, or in any other of the Swing States either,” continued President Trump.
“Maricopa County refuses to work together with the Senate and others who are merely looking for honesty, integrity, and transparency. Why do the Commissioners not want to look into this corrupted election? What are they trying to hide? The highly respected State Senator Wendy Rogers said in a tweet the hearing today means we must decertify the election. In any event, the Senate Patriots are moving forward with final results to be announced in the not-too-distant future, but based on today’s hearing, why even wait?” President Trump said. The hearing was widely viewed and has attributed to growing accusations that the election was stolen from President Trump. Among many others, Arizona State Rep. and Secretary of State candidate Mark Finchem said that the ongoing Arizona election audit confirms that the 2020 presidential election in the state was a “sh*t show” that “cannot be called accurately.” Damning revelations from the hearing include testimony from the private auditing firm Cyber Ninjas, which introduced evidence showing that a “bunch” of Arizona ballots contained duplicated serial numbers, as National File reported.

You are correct....the Constitution (when written) never considered implication of a massive fraud in the election.
At the first step of correction, I would suggest just wiping out the entire 2020 election results from the state....not just Trump, but every single person. Then I’d announce a 2nd election within 90 days. This would be challenged on a hundred different ways but the AZ legislature would probably refuse to allow the Supreme Court to play a part in this.

The Constitution guarantees we the people a Republican form of government.
We elect representatives to represent us in our federal and state governments.
Take your basic argumentum absurdem. If it is conclusively established that Biden was “awarded” every vote cast in the 2020 elections except 323 votes across the United States and the fraud proven incontrovertibly then what remedy?
Ignore the theft of our President and his Presidency?
One approach: all pubbie states sue the Dem wastewater states and poof: Original jurisdiction with Scotus.
As happens in such cases the Scotus can appoint a special master to marshal the evidence, states can make their pleadings, all with a view to prove the election was stolen.
Simple principles of justice demand that the entire country be granted governance by their elected leader and the not the cabal of thieves and traitors, foreign and domestic be arrested and tried and after a fair trial, hung by their necks until dead.
Also you could add the Quo Warranto? Motion to allow Biden to prove he has the right to be in that office and with the overwhelming proof off fraud his failure again demands his removal and the winner of the election be installed.
Otherwise we have lost our representative republic.
Courts can draw on equity principles and unclean hands apply here but not laches.
One such principle is perhaps of interest ...

The audit is merely confirmation of what was obvious in the wee hours after election night in all six states. They all stopped at the same time. They all ditched Republican poll watchers at the same time. They all were suddenly flooded with Biden votes. Georgia even got caught on video pulling out boxes of ballots from under the table. The “uprising” didn’t happen on January 6 in DC. It happened on election night in multiple jurisdictions.
And the POTUS is an addled imposter, possibly a foreign agent based on his actions since taking the oath of office. Who’s really pulling his strings? Russia? China? Soros?
No constitutional way to replace him with Trump, because this eventuality was never foreseen by the founders or subsequent generations. Even if there were, he’d then have a truncated second term mostly devoted to undoing the damage done by this fraud. Hardly a worthwhile use of his time. He can have a full four years in 2025.
So what to do? For now, the people themselves on the state and local level can contain the disaster. Texas and the border states can continue to build the wall, and the law suits can continue, trying to compel the federal government to do its job. If the governors fail, vigilance committees can be formed. School boards and zoning boards can be thrown out on their ears if they’re foisting homeless shelters or housing projects on suburban subdivisions, or poisoning children’s minds. Property and income tax strikes can be organized. Ballot audits can be done like in Arizona. Police defunded? Not necessarily. Streets unsafe in broad daylight? Not necessarily. Come to confiscate your guns? What guns? Oh, those guns? Here’s my antique flintlock. It has rifling grooves with no legitimate sporting purposes, although it did serve well on King Mountain. The AR-15? I lost it. Honest. Just like Hunter did. Internet censoring you? NSA spying on you? There are no end to the ways to communicate under the radar.
Government cannot rule without the consent of the governed. If government refuses to abide by the social contract, and gets right in your face, sh!t happens. Cuba Libre! Libertad. Down with King Joe.
