A forensic investigation of our election results and processes for the 2020 General Election and the 2021 Primary will go a long way to restore trust in our system. Voting is the fundamental right of all citizens. We should continually look for ways to improve the voting process to ensure every voice is heard.
Today, as Chair of the Intergovernmental Operations Committee, I issued letters to several counties requesting information and materials needed to conduct a forensic investigation of the 2020 General Election and the 2021 Primary.
We have asked these counties to respond by July 31st with a plan to comply. The counties represent different geographical regions of Pennsylvania and differing political makeups. Some are Republican while others are Democrat, which means that this will be a balanced investigation.
The Intergovernmental Operations Committee is a standing committee of the Pennsylvania State Senate with oversight and investigatory responsibilities regarding activities relating to or conducted between two or more governments or levels of government, including the administration of elections across the Commonwealth. As set forth in Pennsylvania Senate Rule 14 (d), each standing committee is empowered with the authority to inspect and investigate the books, records, papers, documents, data, operation, and physical plant of any public agency in this Commonwealth, including county boards of elections.
This is necessary as millions of Pennsylvanians have serious doubts about the accuracy of the 2020 General Election. A January poll from Muhlenberg University showed that 40% of Pennsylvania voters are not confident that the results of the 2020 Election accurately reflected how Pennsylvanians voted. Discounting or mocking their concerns is neither an answer nor proper in this constitutional republic.
During debate on election reform a couple weeks ago, some of my colleagues regrettably dismissed these poll numbers as an inconvenient truth and went on to assert that the only reason there is distrust in our election process was because of the “conspiracy theories and lies” from those they disagree with politically. This sort of ad hominen attack does nothing to address the concerns of millions of voters.
The case for a forensic investigation of the 2020 general election is evident to any unbiased observer.
This was the first election in Pennsylvania with “mass” mail-in voting. In 2020, there were 2.7 million ballots cast by mail and absentee compared to about 263,000 absentee ballots cast in 2016. Many of these ballots were counted at offsite locations with little outside observation or oversight. Furthermore, mail ballots without signature verification were permitted to be counted across the Commonwealth. And, of course, all of this transpired in the midst of Covid-19 where uncertainty and fear impacted the conduct of the election.

I disagree, we should NOT ensure every voice is heard, we should ensure that every legal voter, and only legal voters are heard - thats not the same thing.
Every illegal vote cast waters down and disenfranchises legal voters.

I saw an article where a guy was complaining because he lived in a city and his insurance went up.
The insurance company executives aren’t just going to take a cut in pay to cover their losses from the rioting.
We all get to pay for the rioting.
The election was conducted not in accordance with the Laws of the State of Pennsylvania, that alone is enough reason to conduct an audit and decertify the election.
Since PA is like Arizona and the state senate can green light an audit, they will.
The GOPe PA House is trying to do everything to prevent it. But they can’t.

Any attempts to stop the ComDemRat party felony vote fraud will be met with massive federal power....as long as the foreigners like Garfinkel, Pelosi and Harris are in power.
We can’t even count the resident because he’s not in power, he just reads flash cards.
I preferred the pre-2020 period when we were winning all the time. Losing sucks.
But every once in a while I’m reminded that even though we are losing right now, we are on the side of truth - and we are fighting the good fight.
That really helps lift the spirit.
Having people like Mastriano on our side is so encouraging - because it’s just so clear he’s just telling the truth - period.
The other side is full of wretched liars, and the fools that believe them.
It seems like being on the side of truth ‘should’ be an advantage…. right?
It's a bit late at this stage to begin an audit of 2020. The evidence has been destroyed, lost, or "misfiled." The machines have been wiped, and the audit trail has gone cold.
If Senator Mastriano cared about election integrity, he would have been fighting for an audit in December, or January at the latest.
The RINO scum prevented an audit back in 2020 before electors were seated so Trump would be cheated of his win. Mission accomplished for them.
Just like the RINO traitors in GA, they now know they can kiss their re-election chances goodbye if they oppose an audit. They thought the GOP voter would blame the Democrats for the Steal.
And by the way, it should be our number one mission to vote out every RINO who must face the voters in a primary in 2022, ESPECIALLY in the state legislatures who handed the Steal to Joe on a platter.

GOPe was in on The Steal. I was seeing reports about mismanaged funds and misdirected efforts before the election.
None of it made any sense until after the election.
Now, I’m hearing ℅ Richard Barris, the People’s Pundit on YouTube that all the money the GOP raised to fight The Steal was not even used to do anything.
They were just collecting the money of Americans because they could scam them.
First of all, Mastriano did everything in his power to get the PA Legislature to call a special session to investigate/audit the cheat-by-mail-in votes. The RINOs combined with the Dems stopped him. He was on Bannon's War Room quite a bit updating everyone with the efforts in PA. He's a good guy. Military background. He would make a great governer.
Secondly, what happens if hundreds of thousands of photo-copied fake ballots for Biden have been destroyed? An audit would show that the official tally does not match, and Biden's numbers would be however many hundreds of thousand ballots short, putting Trump ahead. So I don't see how they would get away with destroying those ballots. It would make the official count wrong.
