Facebook is no longer asking you to rat on your friends, they're doing it for you. Who knows, they may be forwarding the warning to the FBI, as well.

An “extremist” is anyone criticizing Leftist nonsense.

What is really going on is the all-out attack upon moral people with solid principles of right and wrong derived from their religious faith.

For example, those who believe marriage is between and man and woman are extremists.

The CDC called me about Corvid 19 yesterday and I told him that the CDC was a bunch of dirty lying bass turds.

I used to be very worried about the firearms I possess. I know the feds have an active record of every gun I’ve bought that required an FBI goon perusal of me. When they eventually get around to coming for me, I figured they’d have a list of my firearms in hand. Watching state security shutting people down over “extremist” statements and soon “extremist” thoughts leads me to believe when I’m eventually arrested they will be carrying my FreeRepublic posts as evidence.

How long are these “records” of firearm purchase retained?

They obviously are not interested in bearded savages with bombs. They are targeting White/Christian/Trump supporters.

Fb is not a fun place to post pictures of the dog. It is a honey pot. It’s a trap, designed to get people to say things which are then gobbled up and used to harass/arrest/silence them.

Orwell had no idea what was coming!

I concur. I post occasionally here and there and I know they can have it all printed with a keystroke and I am at the point in my life that I do not care. I used to care but since 2008 I was labeled an enemy of the state and will defend our Republic until I die and there is nothing they can do to make me bend a knee.

Regarding salty talk aimed at the president (or other officials) vs visits from the SS
March 5, 2009 | Jim Robinson

https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2200093/posts

Unfortunately, we are saddled with a communist sympathizer in the White House. I don’t know whether or not he’s an actual card carrying commie, but he’s definitely an America-hating, anti-capitalist Marxist leftist who thinks communism is the way to go. Now I remember when America used to fight against communism. It wasn’t that long ago. Many of us on FR are veterans of wars against communism and some of us believe that American citizens who are communists are the enemy within, ie, the domestic enemy we’ve sworn to defend against. American citizen? hmmmm... that may be a loophole for Obama.

At any rate, the oath is to defend our constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. I can imagine that this places an enormous strain on our Secret Service agents. It’s obvious to anyone with a brain that Obama is an enemy of the constitution. So should the SS defend the constitution or defend the anti-constitution commie?

So now comes the problem. If you feel it’s your duty to call Obama a traitor and use salty language in your proposed resolution, ie, suggest the commie be keelhauled, walked off the plank, run up the yardarm, tarred and feathered and run out of Dodge, etc, etc, etc, you may be facing a visit from your friendly Secret Service. And even though your visiting agent may agree politically, and may take his oath to the constitution seriously, he’s still sworn to protect the officeholder and it’s his duty to take all threats seriously. And that may include serving me with a subpoena to turn over your IP address. Now I’m duty bound to protect your privacy to the best of my ability, but I cannot defend against stupidity.

Best advice I can give is to keep it to yourself. Don’t post anything that may embarrass you later, or end you up in the slammer.

Ever vigilant.

Keep your powder dry.

From the 0bama era. Might be more important to consider even more these days.

I’m not sure what lie the FBI goons will give you about retaining your records. I believe they started the checks in 1998. If you bought a gun since 1998 with an FBI check, when the agents get around to interviewing you you better be able to account for every gun purchased. That ridiculous “boat accident” line will probably get you a federal prison stint.

These Leftists are the same ones who’ve spent over half a century telling us that concern about KGB collusion with US Communists was unfounded hysteria and a Red Scare.

They never were against witchhunts or blacklisting, they were against the outing and exposure of their pinko fellow travelers.

A background check does not mean you completed a purchase, nor does it tell what you bought, or how many that day, if you did purchase . At least that is my understanding.

I’m sure my own sisters have received that message because of some of my posts in the past.

I am rarely active on there anymore, have been so for several years now. I would have cut it entirely, as I did TWITter, but my sisters begged me to stay.
