There was some story awhile ago about Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum in which they agreed that China would win. But it wasn't clear which meaning was intended:
Meaning 1) "Gosh darn those communist bastards. They are just so ruthless. I fear that they will win and dominate the world. Am I paranoid? Or do we all agree that China will win?"
Meaning 2) "Alright, let's agree on a strategy. Wars are bad. Capitalism is bad. Western Civilization is bad. I think it would be best if we just agree to allow China to dominate the world. Am I right? Do we all agree that China will win?"
