Too many FReepers joke about the marksmanship skills of undisciplined, gangster leftist agitators. This thug got the draw on a presumably trained police officer and placed a headshot, presumably with the intent to defeat body armor.

It might have been very close range and it might have been an (un)lucky shot, but I always cringe when people on our side of things underestimate the skills of those likely to come up against us. We may have more time it the range, but with the exception of a relatively small subset of combat veterans, the average L.A., Chicago, or Atlanta gangster probably has more experience engaging live targets or even engaging under return fire.
