We may have more time it the range, but with the exception of a relatively small subset of combat veterans, the average L.A., Chicago, or Atlanta gangster probably has more experience engaging live targets or even engaging under return fire. Good points. Plus they will show no hesitation in shooting, and shooting to kill.
