Isn’t that unconstitutional to compel or force medical treatment?

It’s a true “Naked Emperor” moment, but it remains to be seen who has the lungs to be heard saying so.

There’s plenty of case law that supports the forced medication of prisoners to varying degrees. It’s not hard to imagine that courts would look favorably on this even if implemented as a condition of probation.

Isn’t that unconstitutional to compel or force medical treatment? No less Constitutional than requiring a female perp (e.g., guilty of child abuse) to get her tubes tied as a condition of release.

It’s a medical experiment in progress. No one can be forced or coerced into participating against their will for ANY reason.
Gross violations of 21 U.S.C. section 360
and
The Nuremberg Code
Plus various medical ethic guidelines.

Unless you go way back to the days of forced sterilizations and lobotomies - now considered unconscionable - the only forced medical treatment I've heard of in recent years is psychiatric evaluations to determine mental competency.
