“Not only will employers be allowed to ask for the vaccination status of their employees, but they will also be required to,” employment attorney Kathy Eppright said. "It's permissible for an employer if they wanted to ask that information of employees or customers in order to determine what rules to apply."
Eppright, who gave her perspective minutes before CAL/OSHA approved the revised rules, said asking for this info is not a violation of HIPAA laws in most cases.
“Restaurants, [law] offices like ours, we’re not covered by HIPAA which means you are not restricted by HIPAA from asking for medical information of this type,” Eppright added. "Right now, the agencies are making some sort of distinction between what a company can and can't do based on if someone is vaccinated or unvaccinated which is what justifies an employer asking for vaccination information.

First, I can see a smart employer reading this dopey ruling, and simply send a blast email to everyone with a spreadsheet with has a YES, NO, NOT SURE, and CHOOSE NOT TO DISCLOSE radio buttons, and ask the people to send them all to an HR mailbox. Maybe they'll get around to collecting the replies. Voila - compliance!
Second, there is undoubtedly a govt-influenced discrimination potential with this guidance. Will employees now exclude other employees from outings, lunches, drinks etc because of John or Mary's vaxx status? Will there be cliques of the vaxxed vs unvaxxed employees?
This all will lead to lawsuits by wokey employees against employers under discrimination statutes. "You should have made Jack wear a Scarlet V on his badge since he isn't vaxxed but since you didn't I got the bug from him....it's all your fault."
Why, it's almost as if the government WANTS this bedlam...
What about their HIV status? Is it legal to give someone HIV in California without their knowledge? Is it legal to have sex with someone knowing you have HIV and you don’t tell them?
Would you also counterfeit a Social Security card? What other Federal documents are you in favor of forging?
Would they sign a legal document stating they will accept all responsibility for any outcomes from the jab?
Who is “they?” The OP espoused forging the vaccination card, which is a Federal document. A Social Security card is the same, and just as easy to forge. Just wanted to see if the OP is intellectually honest enough to see that they are the same, and that forgery is wrong.

COVID-19 was never as deadly as it was advertised to be with recovery rates of >99% for healthy individuals from 20 to 60 years old.
There are several options of treatments for COVID-19 that have shown excellent effectiveness.
There is also plenty of evidence now that the vaccines are causing high rates of sickness and death compared to previous vaccines.
There is no reason to continue this charade that extraordinary governmental interventions are necessary to prevent wholesale death in the nation.
1. I didn’t espouse anything. You clearly don’t know what the game minecraft is. I actually was very, very, very, very, clear that I would NEVER advocate doing this outside of minecraft.
2. To take on your hypothetical, vaccine mandates invade personal autonomy in a way that taxation does not. Everyone has a line. For some, SS may be the line. For others, when it comes to the government using coercion and force to actually put something in your body, that’s the line. DEAL WITH IT. :-)

Social Security cards are forged to steal identities, as would be forged vaccination cards. Also, nobody is mandating that you get a COVID-19 vaccine—it’s your choice. DEAL WITH IT. :-)

And yes, some employers (due solely to government coercion) are mandating Covid vaccines, as are some colleges.
I actually had COVID. It was a joke. So much so, that I was running and working out two days into it. I used ivermectin horse paste, kept taking the vitamins I take every day, and it was completely gone in a week. I have had colds in the past that were much worse.
I understand that you think that it’s a death sentence, but that simply isn’t the case.
I also just had my antibody level tested, and I actually have a much higher antibody level (nearly double) than the average person gets with their first mRNA shot.
So no, I will not get a vaccine, as my immune system works just fine. I’m sorry that your does not.
I don’t think it’s a death sentence at all—I’ve been taking the horse paste since before I was vaccinated, which was four months ago, so six months on ivermectin so far. My point is that when you criminally forge a document, it is to present a false persona: whether you are pretending to be a citizen, or pretending to be licensed to drive, or pretending to be vaccinated. It’s that simple, and it’s illegal in each case.
Maybe the Powers that Be can just place us all undesire-ables in an internment camp and be done with their games. I’m sure the liberals won’t tolerate such injustice!

My body my Choice. I’m sorry your immune system don’t work. I had Covid (tested positive) I loaded up on Zinc, VitaminC and Ecanecia (sic) and wiped it out in 3 days. You should exercise regularly, stop eating processed foods and wash your hands - you’ll be fine
If you bothered to read my posts, you’d see that my immune system works fine. I travel internationally, so vaccination is a must.. the ivermectin is just an additional level of precaution.
