You have to show proof of vac and then will be issued a special badge that must be worn at all times My employer has a "self-certification" written by the lawyers. You check a box on the website, and under the box it says "I am giving this information voluntarily" and "This information is true to the best of my knowledge" The vaccination self-certification is required to come into the office if you are non-essential. If you are essential then no self-certification is needed. But you have to wear a mask if you don't self-certify (not enforced from what I can see).
Most of the other essential people are wearing masks outsside of their personal office. I don't. I suppose some of the mask wearing coukd be sympathy for the unvaccinated who are forced to wear them.

This is why I have probably had my last flu shot. (Unless an actual pandemic comes along.)Right there with you...I'm 65+, and usually got the annual flu shot. I'm rethinking that decision.
In Feb 2020, my wife and I had what we thought was the flu, we were both sidelined for a week. First time I'd gotten the flu after taking my annual flu shot.
I now suspect we both had Covid. I was working at UPS in their hub facility at DFW, where thousands of packages are processed every hour. I opted to stay at home in late March, and a buddy told me 3 people on my shift got Covid.
