Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). One drug that has attracted interest is the antiparasitic compound ivermectin, a macrocyclic lactone derived from the bacterium Streptomyces avermitilis. We carried out a docking study to determine if ivermectin might be able to attach to the SARS-CoV-2 spike receptor-binding domain bound with ACE2. Materials and methods: We used the program AutoDock Vina Extended to perform the docking study. Results: Ivermectin docked in the region of leucine 91 of the spike and histidine 378 of the ACE2 receptor. The binding energy of ivermectin to the spike-ACE2 complex was -18 kcal/mol and binding constant was 5.8 e-08. Conclusion: The ivermectin docking we identified may interfere with the attachment of the spike to the human cell membrane. Clinical trials now underway should determine whether ivermectin is an effective treatment for SARS-Cov2 infection.

Very incorrect on dosage.

In the protocol, those at high risk for COVID-19 infection receive ivermectin at 0.2 mg/kg on day 1 and day 3, and weekly for 4 weeks; those who were exposed to COVID-19 receive the same dose at day 1 and day 3; and both groups receive daily doses of vitamin D3, vitamin C, quercetin, zinc and melatonin. For early outpatients with COVID-19, the protocol calls for one dose of ivermectin at 0.2 mg/kg at day 1 and day 3, along with the same daily vitamins and 325 mg per day of aspirin.

After being forced to wear a mask everywhere having caught covid while wearing a mask, why don’t they require all vaccinated people to wear masks to protect pregnant women.

I never trusted the story. I always thought it was released from WIV. Never believed in the masks. I’m simply saying if the DOD knew that ivermectin would reduce deaths by 85-90% then they should have stood tall. I state NSA/DIA because they are not supposed to be controlled by politicians. If they knew lives were being sacrificed for politics then they should have done something.

My old regiment (2PPCLI) is having major issues with the lower ranks not complying, to the tune of over 80%. They’re good ol Dirty Patricias, and being stubborn. The highers are really worried about it, and keep pushing it.
