Some people are vaccinated with the J&J vaccine making them fully vaccinated.
My wife was one of those people until yesterday. Now she’s fully vaccinated.

When someone gets one dose of J&J they are considered fully vaccinated.
My wife, for example, got the Pfizer injection and as of yesterday got the second shot making her fully vaccinated.
