The description of angelic movement Ezekiel saw in Ezekiel 1:1-28 clearly describes what angelic lights, their associated movement, their ability to change direction, and their amazing speed can look like to us.

However, also for today, keep in mind who is “The Great Deceiver”, and that Scripture warns of how he “will appear as an angel of light”, and will deceive most of the people in the world. Eventually he will empower “The anti-Christ” to even perform humanly impossible “signs and wonders”.

Also, “If it were possible, he [satan] would deceive even the Elect.”

Additionally, the Bible teaches, demonic activity and deception will be greatly increased near/around the “end times”.

That's a very interesting question.

People who have worked with abductees and many of the abductees themselves have wondered if these so-called aliens were interdimensional and/or had a "paranormal" quality that endowed them with the ability, for example, to go through walls, doors, closed windows, and ceilings (among other things).

At the Westall School sighting in Australia, witnessed by over 100 people, including students, teachers, and farmers at a nearby market garden, the "disks" were said by some to be solid at times and to have an almost smokey quality at others (for example, when they moved through a stand of trees that stood too close together for such an object to pass through).

Imho the best book on the topic of “alien abduction” is John Mack’s final work:

He was a professional shrink who worked with abductees—and walks through a detailed discussion of lots of alternative explanations of what is happening.

This stuff is _very_ complicated...and the folks who claim to have easy answers are not asking the right questions.

It would not surprise me if Greer did something like that.

It is interesting that almost anyone who studies "fringe" stuff ends up in food fights with other folks studying "fringe" stuff.

Imho it is part of the nature of these things to rub our noses in homo sapien's arrogance, vanity, and corrupt nature.

At the end of the day anyone trying to make money in the "UFO field" will wish they had chosen another way to make a living.

But again, it's just a theory. Consider too that we always assume what ever is out there is smarter, more advanced than us. Seems almost like a collective human insecurity complex.

What if it isn't as advanced? What if they're dumb?

Certainly there has to be life on other worlds. It formed here, it certainly can form else where.

But keep in mind here in our world the advanced life forms tend to be the predators. They're intelligent, cunning and ruthless. They have to be. They have to constantly outsmart their prey.

If a civilization out there is watching us and they're of a malevolent bent, it might not be a good idea to attract them. But if indeed we're being observed or have been observed in the , say, 80 years by some race out there they'll notice fairly quickly we're an aggressive bunch down here. We wage constant warfare on each other and we posses the atom and we have used nuclear weapons on ourselves. They might be inclined to just avoid this neighborhood altogether. It would be my hope that they would.
