Why is it important to state how many children a person has “fathered”? Why not post how many children the father actually financially supports, or how many hours a week he works, if the journalists wants to throw in a sympathy factor.
Because the number zero is boring time after time and viewers think they're watching a re-run.
Nearly all the women in the 70%+ "born to an unmarried black mother" category have to raise the children without any help. Except "the village" Hillary said it takes to raise a child: aka the taxpayers. All such children have been declared "at risk" statistically.
