The R leadership gave her a chance to stand down on her anti-Trump rhetoric, acknowledge that Trump is not President, and move on for the betterment of the party and the Nation. She did not.
She is trying to wrest away the party by screaming “Big Lie!” at its members and telling them they are gullible dupes. Probably not the approach I would have used. Now this psycho narcissist will allow herself to be used by the left wing media to conjure up a myth about disunity in the Republican Party and how they are sure to lose the midterms. They desperately need this to compete with the obvious fact that the Dems and the Biden Admin are clueless would-be socialist dictators.
Doubling down on a losing bet only means you lose twice as much, Liz.
Burning bridges after you have crossed over them only means that there can be no retreat when confronted once again further along. And at the moment you are a minority of one, Liz, there may not be a viable location to set up a defense.

Maybe something terrible, or maybe nothing at all. IMO they’re simply feathering the family’s nest with huge payoffs from the military industrial complex, corresponding lobbyists, etc. It’s probably been happening for 40 years.
Liz Cheney speaks for the GOP. She’s a poop stirrer and trying to prevent Trump unifying the GOP base behind the MAGA agenda. She’s also a designated flak catcher for the rest of the GOP who hate Trump but are afraid to say it out loud.
Never forget 145 GOP House members voted Cheney into leadership after she voted to impeach Trump based on a Democrat hoax. They are the real problem.
I have a very good memory.

It’s no guarantee Cheney is cannon fodder. If she wins the primary she will win the general. GOP voters just don’t have the stomach to fight dirty and vote for the Democrat to defeat her.

Virtually everyone in Washington and the media are fully aware that the 2020 election was stolen via massive fraud.
This includes anyone prominent enough or high level enough to get in front of the camera on national media.
More than a few actually were aware of the plan beforehand and some participated in the fraud.
When you watch these psychopaths and sociopaths tell stone cold lies about the election it's good to reflect on the fact it's pure performance art because they are knowingly lying and doing so convincingly and with a totally straight face
Makes you wonder what else they are lying about. The scariest part is that the stakes are so high and yet they are going all in on doubling down on their false narrative with the full knowledge that if and when the truth of the magnitude of the election fraud comes out - their credibility will be forever damaged.
