Liz Cheney said on Sunday that the 74 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump for president were 'misled' and 'betrayed.'
She also accused House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy and Rep. Elise Stefanik, the woman who replaced her as GOP Conference Chair, of being complicit in Trump's lie that he won the 2020 election.
The Wyoming Republican, who voted for Trump in last year's contest, said she regrets that decision and argued the former president is a 'real danger' to democracy with his false claims of election fraud.

I painfully listened to Liz Cheney rattle on about this without the least bit emotion. She’s stone faced like her dad. However it is with certainly she is going to continue to publicly oppose Trump as she also said, and believes, that he still is dangerous to this country. The fact she genuinely believes this and is following thru with what she said she’d regarding Trump says Republicans have not done enough to push back against her.
So how Cheney can say that McCarthy is complicit is a bunch of BS. McCarthy like Cheney voted to certify Biden, and election fraud on January 6th. If anyone is complicit, it's the asshats in the House and Senate who certified a potato via massive voter fraud on that day.
By the way, I think Liz Cheney is actually Lindsey Graham in drag. Change my mind.

I always think those questions whenever I hear an accusation against ANY Conservative, but especially President Trump.
I always scream at the radio ... ASK HER/HIM THE QUESTIONS, STUPID !
But they never do.
Consequently, the accusation is never challenged and every duplicate accusation just reinforces the lie ... it is now common to hear that phraseology about President Trump and no one challenges the accuser.
