Similar here in North Alabama. Most stores have a “mask required” sign but very few are enforcing it. More and more people are ignoring the signs. Costco is still enforcing it very aggressively. I was told by a cashier a couple of days ago that she would not check me out until I raised my mask above my nose.
Reading this clown’s words reinforce my belief this was always political and very avoidable from the get go.
It was exposed as theater when we were forced to wear masks with a wrapping openly stating they did nothing.

$1 million and college scholarships: DeWine announces incentives for Ohioans to receive COVID-19 vaccine
Ohioans under the age of 18 who are eligible to receive the vaccine will be entered into a drawing for a four-year full scholarship to any of Ohio’s state colleges and universities. This would include full tuition, room and board.
DeWine said a website will be set up for those eligible to register beginning May 18.
There will also be a weekly drawing for a $1 million prize for Ohioans 18 and older every week.
