WOW! I remember when Donkey Kong, Pac Man, Galaxian, Ms. Pac Man, etc were the hottest video games. I was pretty good at them🙂. The Super Mario games evolved from Donkey Kong, along with his sidekick Luigi. They were depicted as Italian-ish, with thick mustaches and accents. I don’t recall the Italian Anti Defamation League complain about that
IMO, everything was so much better back then. Not just the music, cars, and television shows. Today’s video games are way overly complicated. It takes all the fun out of it. The sports games then were relatively simple yet loads of fun.
