You may recall that both prosecution and defense get to strike people from the jury pool.

May I suggest both Maxine Waters, and the shooting in Brooklyn Center a couple nights ago, had a wee little bit to do with the verdict, too.

They definitely did. Maxine Walters and Biden may give hope for overturning this...but I’m not optimistic.

There is only a certain number of objections to jurors that can be made without cause, or without having to explain them, at any rate, and others that must be approved. I think the entire pool was so corrupted that the defense had probably used up those slots in no time at all and other objections were not accepted.
