Democrats in both the House and Senate are reportedly constructing legislation to be released on Thursday to pack the Supreme Court, adding four justices.
The Intercept reported, “The bill would add four seats to the high court, bringing the total to 13, from the current 9. The number of justices on the Court has fluctuated widely throughout the course of the nation’s history. Republicans currently hold 6 seats, while Democrats hold just 3 after the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and the quick confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett.”
The bill is reportedly being led by Rep. Jerry Nadler, Rep. Hank Johnson, and Rep. Mondair Jones in the house. In the Senate, it is being led by Sen. Ed Markey.

Well, I don’t all the details of his bad acts, but I know he did as little as possible to save the Jews from the Nazis. He wanted to beat Germany, of course, but he didn’t want to be bothered with too many pesky Hebrews as part of the process which is just depraved.

What will they bribe Joe Manchin to pass this one? In fact I bet we will see a few senators hold out for bribes as was the case with Obamacare.
Also they will have to end the filibuster as there is no way this can be tacked onto a reconciliation bill.
Hard to see this getting 51 votes but nothing is impossible.

I’ll put it another way. Some of the Democrats are psychopaths (called narcissists by some, anti-social personalities by others). They are addicted to bothering or controlling other people. When we get upset, they feel rewarded for their behavior.
People like them are never satisfied, although they continue to be addicted to bothersome behavior like spoiled children. And it gets them more notoriety and votes from twisted, and in this case, foreign-minded voters in their states.
But let’s say it did pass. Then what? The Supreme Court would be seen as a purely radical political organ by all. Most of the people by far do not want that, especially people with real political and judicial respect and sway.

I agree, though, that it won’t happen. Heck, if it got through Congress Biden may veto it since Biden set up a Commission to study it and make recommendations to to Slow Joe.
