The Capitol Police officer who allegedly shot and killed Ashli Babbitt during the January 6 riot will not face charges:
An investigation conducted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia determined “that there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution,” the department said in a statement.

I’m not a lawyer, but I work for a law firm, and cases are filed like that all the time. Almost certainly someone will sue.
So he gets away with murder of an unarmed citizen with zero consequences. Democrats don’t do time for any crime.

All of us... and our kids and our families.... and no one would be charged... It would be just like what happened to Ashli Babbitt, but on a larger scale.

Babbitt was even warned before she was shot.
In the video I saw, I never heard any warning given to the crowd to disperse and there was definitely no warning given from the door way where the officer with the gun was standing. Can’t understand how the officer was justified in firing his weapon

Maybe, and I’m being darkly cynical, the incident was set up so that “somebody” would get killed to fulfill the pre-planned media narrative of a “deadly insurrection”. It didn’t need to be anyone specifically.
Maybe the Powers That Be thought that by shooting someone they’d kick off return fire from the “insurrectionists”, and this went awry because as the FBI showed, nobody in the capitol was carrying.
Making the shooter’s identity a state secret seems like a bad idea. Eventually though it will leak out.

Sad to watch. There was a report out awhile back that the shooter said he was afraid she might have explosives or weapons in her backpack. I can’t tell on the video if he even had a good look at her backpack.
He sure didn’t look like one in the video.

Dear Police Officers in the USA, follow the suspect’s car until they are in front of the US Capital and then pull the suspect’s car over. You will be safe no matter what happens.........
