Last summer a Federal judge in Boston struck down one of the orders of the Massachusetts Governor,Charlie Baker,a Trump hating RINO.The order was that gun shops and gun ranges were "non essential" and therefore could not open.
And IIRC a Federal judge in Pennsylvania,in a 60 page ruling,struck down many of the orders of the state's Trump hating Rat Governor...calling them breathtaking violations of basic Constitutional rights.
