Every single year.

They rely on the knowledge that a broken clock is correct twice a day. It's the backbone of meteorology.

If only CO2 in the air was not capable of heating the ocean

“After Katrina...they predicted more 5’s....and we’ve had nothings”

I agree the predictions are crap, but as far as your comment; don’t say that too loud around anyone from Mexico Beach, Fl. They pretty much got wiped out. Literally.

Yeah, but three years ago, we did have a tropical storm come through. Took down a neighbor’s tree across the power lines and blocked the road (we live on a dead-end road in Huguley). In my resoucefulness (it was hotter than the Gates of Hell that night), I called Alabama Power, packed my beer in ice, took it out to our SUV, and sat in air-conditioned comfort listening to SiriusXM until I was likkered up enough to not care about the sticky air, wind, and sideways rain. LOL

And 2021 is projected to be the warmest year ever!

So, if Bill Gates succeeds in putting out the sun, will hurricane season have more or less activity?

I remember hundreds of buses capable of transporting people out of there...but Union Folks said...not in our contract.
