On Tiffany Cross's weekend MSNBC show, MSNBC regular Elie Mystal -- "justice correspondent" for The Nation -- apparently believes that former policeman Derek Chauvin's jury should be composed of people...who had already decided to convict him!
He decried the "ignorance" of the Chauvin jury, saying it was chosen by people who either had not seen the video of the arrest of George Floyd, or maybe "saw the video and couldn’t decide if sometimes, maybe black people do need to be choked to death."
Get the rest of the story and view the video here.

I know! Let’s have a national vote instead of a jury trial for Chauvin!
And Dominion gets to count the votes!
Yeah!
This reminds me of Rodney King. Supposedly open and shut case because of a video. I have watched a couple of trial lawyers talk about the Chauvin trial and the prosecution case has been very weak. Mystal is reading tea leaves and understands the prosecution doesn’t have the case they claim. Who to blame as the case falls apart? Well the jury. The judge has been even handed. The prosecution can only present evidence it has. Mystal is surprised there is a defense, shocker, and the are doing a good job, so blame the jury.
White is no longer a ethnicity, it is a political label.
“Who to blame as the case falls apart? Well the jury.”
Local papers in Minneapolis have already published profiles of each juror, which include age, race, sex, and profession. They are all one click away from being doxxed. Imagine taking that into deliberations.
That’s the police chief.....squareheads...wtf is wrong with y’all?
No way he escapes manslaughter....not with this jury and in my opinion it’s fair enough
That’s a bit excessive actually.....some need to be shot ...but hey they do a decent job of that to one another and us already
I believe that former officer Mohamed Noor was convicted and sent to prison for twelve years. Not enough, but it's surprising that he has seen the inside of a jail. Minneapolis also agreed to a $20 Million settlement to Justine's family (who foolishly intend to donate several million dollars to anti-gun organizations).
What a freak. These people stoke the flames of destruction.
Why bother to have a trial...have slojo and the ho declare all the cops guilty and have a mass hanging in the rose garden...
>Whoa, is that true?
Nelson has Mike Freeman and all three other members of the former prosecution subpoenaed. I predict there will probably be questioning and everything will be denied.
The rare and unexpected curveball might be a statement from Dr. Baker or another unknown staff member that says force was put on the doctor to change his autopsy.
If this happens, I assume Judge Cahill will call it a mistrial as the trial will have been tainted. It’s something to look for.
Thanks for the additional info.
You are preaching to the choir.
Thanks; I’ll do some digging. The prosecution certainly are trying to gum up the works.

Scroll down this massive trial document list to February 8th, and there is the witness list. This could go on a long time, ladies and gentlemen.
Thanks for posting Nelson’s affidavit. I was not aware of how the Minnesota bureaucrats intentionally made life difficult for the defense team.
That is criminal, to expose the jury like that. How would these A holes feel if they were on trial ?
