If you are a student and plan on returning to Duke University next semester you will need to have proof that you got a COVID-19 vaccine.

There are other schools. And will the university accept all liability for students being forced to take an experimental emergency vaccine that is only now being tested by mass innoculations? Shame on them.

No private business can legally REQUIRE their patrons to accept an experimental vaccine in order to access their premises or services.

Government doesn’t have to mandate the vaccine. All they have to do is get everyone else to mandate it before you can attend, buy, sell, move, travel and cross state lines.

But government had nothing to do with any of that.

I suggest yellow stars for those not vaccinated.

A friend 2 doors down from me got that moderna 2nd shot today and is very ill.

The 1st one gave her a swollen festering beet red arm and horrible headaches.

I went to Duke from 1975 to 1984 receiving three degrees along the way. Terry Sanford handed me my Ph.D. diploma and then retired the next day. Terry Sanford put Duke on the map.

Now? Terry Sanford weeps and I continue to be ashamed of my alma mater. Was already concerned and then, in 2006, the university bought into the false accusation of a local black ho Crystal Gail Mangum and screwed over the lacrosse team and its coach. Just like so many times since, including today in Minneapolis, the narrative was set from the beginning and "It's not about the Truth"

I have three diplomas on my wall and Duke is dead to me.

BTW, for those who may have missed it, they made Mangum out to be a saint. Just like Floyd and Martin, etc. She's now in jail for the murder of a subsequent "boyfriend".

Okay, what’s going on? Why are they so eager to force everyone to get this shot?

If overpopulation is a problem, and IF the ‘rona is a problem, they should be restricting access to the vaccine.

My older son had to show proof of immunizations to get into his uni (huge medical school in the state) a few years ago. My younger son has not to apply to state school. Don’t know if that will change when he tries to get into seminary.

It’s not mandatory but you can’t do anything without proof that you did it.

You can download the PDF file of the card. I have no idea how much they track on a computer the info in the card. I.e. Does some DB say Jon Smith got the J&J vax, lot number 75F43D on 4/3/21 or is all that info just on the cards?

I can understand this for basic, well-established vaccines, which we keep our kids current with. But the many Covid vaccines are all experimental and approved for emergency use only. They are not tested, nor approved for regular use. I think that puts them in a different category altogether.
