The White House announced Wednesday that President Biden will nominate longtime Giffords policy advisor and former ATF agent David Chipman to lead the nation's gun regulatory agency.
Chipman, whose bio submitted to Congress in relation to his role in testifying in support of recent gun control measures, details that he has been with Giffords since 2016, having come to that anti-gun group after previously working for Bloomberg-founded Mayors Against Illegal Guns. Prior to that, he was with the ATF from 1988 to 2012, including running the agency's Asset Forfeiture Program, leading the Detroit Field Division, and serving as "Case agent in [the] Branch Davidian trial" while working in the Waco, Texas, field office.

There is also significant evidence that the "miscommunication" was deliberate on the part of the Government to enable the issue of an arrest warrant and service of that warrant at the Weaver home.
It was a setup to murder anyone Weaver as "resisting" arrest.

There is a reason why David Chipman is a FORMER BATF agent. Jackbooted Feral agents are anathema to the proper discharge of duties of law enforcement officers. They are just a little TOO enthusiastic about being the first person in the room. using projectile fire as their courtesy greeting.
Lots of collateral damage in their wake. Dirty Harry was almost benign in comparison.
Koresh was known around town. The children were absolutely abused. Don’t make David Koresh a right wing hero... That’s like George Floyd being a left wing hero... Koresh was a sick sick man.
This appointment means that Jopedo has decided that if he can’t sniff them, he’s going to burn them to death them (again)...

two sad things about the weaver case. I saw him on TV later after it was all over. He said he was a white separatist, so HE separated himself and moved to the end of a dirt road in Idaho. He demanded nothing from others, but separated himself. Seems reasonable.
And then the other thing was the way they arrested him. They knew the kind of guy he was, so they had a male and female agent stand beside a car with an open hood in the middle of nowhere.
When he stopped to help, they came out with guns.
