The White House announced Wednesday that President Biden will nominate longtime Giffords policy advisor and former ATF agent David Chipman to lead the nation's gun regulatory agency.
Chipman, whose bio submitted to Congress in relation to his role in testifying in support of recent gun control measures, details that he has been with Giffords since 2016, having come to that anti-gun group after previously working for Bloomberg-founded Mayors Against Illegal Guns. Prior to that, he was with the ATF from 1988 to 2012, including running the agency's Asset Forfeiture Program, leading the Detroit Field Division, and serving as "Case agent in [the] Branch Davidian trial" while working in the Waco, Texas, field office.

The scariest part of Biden's announcement today is his pick for the BATF. David Chipman was the BATF case agent in the Waco Massacre. He was part of that operation that murdered women and children. He belongs in prison, not anywhere near a badge.

So now we know the Waco was just a dry run. And that they worse is yet to come. The question is, will the Feds really allow Active Duty military to roam the streets, invade homes and kill citizens in an attempt to collect known weapons? Waco was a clear violation of due process. And everything the feds did violated every known laws, and they covered it up.
It is interesting that McVeigh, a guy who voted for Clinton, was so angry that he took this to the extreme. Did he feel betrayed by Clinton? Also it was Terry Nichols who went to the Philippines to meet with Al Qaeda operatives to learn how to make the bomb. Why is he still alive and McVeigh was put to death? We Nichols working with the CIA? Remember, during that time the CIA was arming and working with Al Qaeda. So they had to know Terry met with them. The question not asked, did the CIA set up the meet for Nichols? Did the CIA know it was going to happen and allowed it? Too many questions

Is Biden inferring that no minorities are qualified to lead the ATF?
That’s nonsense. The fire was started by the tanks pumping in burning gas into an unsafe wooden structure. And yeah he was crazy. But F-troop caused that disaster.
They wanted to search for illegal machine guns. The search had no child abuse nexus. The feds lied and said there were drugs there in order to get military support.
That assault style raid was simply not needed. All the ATF had to do was have two men in suits knock on the front door. The proof? The McClennan County sheriff arrested him on a murder charge a few years earlier in just such a manner. He offered no resistance. At trial he was acquitted,
ATF wanted a big flashy PR raid.
And as an aside, he went to lunch every week at the Chelsea Street Pub at Waco mall. They could have simply arrested him.
He was a nut but the Feds utterly screwed that up.
At the Waco hearings Sinner Chuck Schumer stated that he did NOT care that the ATF and FBI had lied during the hearings (and were exposed in their lies). He said that “both sides” were doing it.
Why would anyone expect anything less from this communist, anti-American fraud?

The ATF lost four killed and several more jacked up bad. They can’t survive too many “dry runs” like that.
