Minneapolis Police Chief Arradondo agrees that Derek Chauvin‘s knee appears to be on George Floyd’s shoulder blade in the close-up bodycam footage.

I guess the rioters will apologize anytime nows
?
Or,at least say,oopsie.
It does not matter what the evidence is, the jury verdict will be guilty as charged. This a political trial, not a legal trial. And it is before a kangaroo court and a kangaroo jury.
I need to re-watch the video again when I get some time, but I’m pretty sure I see a time in the video where Floyd lifted his head and turned it. That would seem pretty impossible to do with a knee to the neck.
Somebody send a towel and wash basin to the courtroom, so the drama of Judge Pilate reading the verdict can be complete.
Democrats will voice their displeasure by burning down their Democrat controlled cities.
Idiots.
Not on your life, Buster. They will riot if he is convicted in celebration. They will riot in anger if he, very slim chance, convicted.
The other piece of the puzzle is the medical examiner theorized that Floyd's heart stopped due to lack of oxygen, but admitted that could be due to the illegal drugs in his system. A written transcript reviewing the drug tox screen shows 11 ng of fentanyl in the blood sample taken at the ER. That was published AFTER the initial autopsy reported out. A value of 3 ng/ml is considered lethal. At the concentration measured, their is edema in the lungs (filling with fluid) that cuts off the oxygen. That accounts for Floyd stating, "I can't breath" even before he was placed on the ground. At autopsy, his lungs weighed 2x to 3x times heavier than normal due to the edema. He drowned in his own body fluids.
so the Chief was a witness?
did he talk command of the scene?
Of course! Just another excuse to get mo' free stuff!
It was on his neck most of the time. When EMS showed up he moved his knee to Floyds shoulder blade.
I suppose that was the narrow time frame when both visuals were focused on the same specific point.
“Of course, that’s what they do.”
That’s an insurance commercial.
It was on his neck most of the time. When EMS showed up he moved his knee to Floyds shoulder blade.
We could see another summer of masses experiencing excited delirium syndrome trashing businesses, looting and homocide. It is a pandemic that will see another surge.
Wonder if they will create a fake witnesses like in the Zimmerman trial?
If you’ve not seen this documentary, it’s pretty interesting.
If they riot again, shoot them. They’ve had their fun. Time to end it.
I watched a portion of today’s testimony by the Minneapolis police trainer.
The defense showed the trainer body cam photos of Chauvin’s knee being on Floyd’s shoulder blade and not on his neck.
Just remember the media has only shown us the photo when Chauvin’s knee was on Floyd’s neck.
Typical fake news fabrications.
Floyd’s friend was supposed to be a key prosecution witness. Because his lawyer notified the Prosecutor that his client would not testify, the prosecution won’t call him as a witness.
That does not prevent the defense from calling him. Once Floyd’s friend asserts his 5th Amendment right to the first question, he will have to assert his 5th Amendment
right to every question even if he would like to answer some of them. Chauvin’s attorney can ask a whole string of questions that will not be good for the prosecution. Many of those questions will relate to Floyd’s past drug usage and on the day of his death.
The prosecution has a large team of prosecutors, many of whom seem determined to have their 15 minutes of fame. Most of the prosecution witnesses have very little interest way of substance to testify about.
Chauvin’s attorney is doing a very good job, especially considering he is going against a large team of prosecutors.
