There was a video of the testimony. The assessment that the knee was on the shoulder blade was based on a very short segment of body cam footage right before they carried George off. He appeared to be unconscious at that point.
It would have been much more effective to supply multiple segments of body cam footage during the entire event.
They did show that the perspective of the body cam directly contradicted the perception of the phone camera that the knee was on George’s neck at that point.
Get the Molotov Cocktails ready, we fixin to have a burnin party pretty quick.

But acquittal provides so much more fuel for the disruptions, can’t have that, now can we. The rioting will be much more peaceful if the conviction is made to stick.

Couple that, knee NOT on neck, with autopsy report of fentanyl overdose and that’s not 1st or 2nd degree murder.
I really doesn’t matter, St. George was the author and finisher of his fate. Numerous willful infractions, both major and minor, peppered his life up to the last minutes of it.
Massive overdose on top of severe heart problems. Knee on shoulder and zero trauma to neck. The dots are connecting rather nicely here.
There is a joke that applies here. There always exists two types of players on the team. There are no shortages of the punters, who kick away the ball as soon as they get it or the Monday morning quarterbacks who always make the right decision after the action is over. Of course not many want to play the line in real time, take the hits or the responsibility.
As soon as the judge refused to move the venue, it was clear that the fix was in and this police officer was to be the sacrifice to the crowd.
Which is why his drug dealer says he'll take the fifth, he know he gave him a lethal dose. He should be the one on trial.
